Shipping policy

At The Collected Chapter, every order is packed with care so your purchase arrives safely and securely.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and carrier service selected. Most orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the item and destination.

Because many of our vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind, fragile, oversized, or unusually shaped, shipping costs may vary significantly from item to item. Some larger pieces may be available for local pickup only or may require special shipping arrangements. Any such restrictions will be noted in the individual product listing.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. The Collected Chapter is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the buyer’s responsibility.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage so we can review the situation and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier claim.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. We will gladly provide available shipping information to assist with locating the package, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

International shipping may be available on select items. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
