Beautiful large hand-painted Hungarian folk-art decorative platter featuring a traditional grape-harvest scene.

The center depicts a man and woman in traditional dress holding a cluster of blue grapes, surrounded by rolling green hills, grapevines and a wine barrel. The wide border is decorated with repeating cobalt-blue grape clusters and scrolling vines.

The underside retains its original “Made in Hungary – Hand Crafted – Szentendre” label and is also signed or monogrammed by the artist. A ribbon hanger is attached, allowing the platter to be displayed as wall art.
