Vintage Costa Rica Ceramic Relief Wall Plaque – 3.5"
This small ceramic wall plaque was made in Costa Rica and features a colorful raised village scene with white stucco-style homes, red tile roofs, lush green hills, a bright blue sky, and tiny figures and animals worked into the foreground. The deeply textured surface gives the scene a charming three-dimensional folk-art quality.
The original paper label remains on the back and reads “Relieves de Costarica – Colección Exclusiva” and “Edgar y Maria e Hijos – Tradición en Cerámica.” A small hanging loop is attached at the top, making it ready to display.
At approximately 3.5 inches, this is a compact souvenir-art piece that would work nicely in a gallery wall, travel collection, Latin American folk-art display, or small vintage vignette.
